Kiwi Rewards Club Partner Terms

These terms apply when a New Zealand business creates a KRC Partner account and submits or confirms a member offer for Kiwi Rewards Club Limited to list.

They sit alongside the Privacy Policy. Member use of offers is covered by the Membership Terms and, while the Founding 100 is open, the Founding 100 Terms.

Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986.

What you are listing

Being a KRC Partner is free. KRC does not charge KRC Partners any setup fee, listing fee, subscription or other fee to create an account, list a business or publish a member offer.

KRC does not guarantee member numbers, visits, sales, or any particular result.

Publication checks

When you submit or confirm an offer, you authorise KRC to publish it once the required technical, safety and authenticity checks pass. A valid offer may therefore go live without a separate manual approval. An offer KRC prepares for you may go live when you confirm the setup and these terms.

Automated checks are safeguards, not an endorsement or guarantee. KRC may hold an offer for a person to check if content appears unsafe, adult, suspicious, misleading, duplicative or inconsistent, or if a required check is unavailable. A held offer is not public until it is cleared.

You must be able to honour the offer as submitted, confirmed and published. Do not submit misleading discounts, unavailable offers, or terms you cannot keep.

KRC may refuse or remove listings that are unlawful, unsuitable, spam, duplicative, or materially worse than a public offer.

Member offers

Unless we say otherwise, you are the seller of your own goods or services. Your own terms apply to those goods or services.

If an offer is marked exclusive to KRC members, it must not be generally available to the public on the same terms.

You must keep contact details, opening information, and redemption instructions accurate.

How members redeem

You choose how members redeem: show KRC membership, a promo code, a booking or shop link, mention KRC, or another method you describe. You must honour the published method.

KRC may record listing views, offer views, code reveals, and link clicks. That is basic performance information for you and for KRC. It is not a POS integration and it is not a guarantee of a completed sale.

Changes, pause, and removal

You may pause, edit, extend, or replace an offer from the Partner Portal. Valid changes may publish automatically after the same checks. A changed offer may be temporarily unavailable if the change is held for a check.

KRC may pause or remove a listing if the offer cannot be honoured, if these terms are broken, or if we stop advertising that benefit.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. One Partner account is for the business you submitted. Tell us if control of the business changes.

Privacy

KRC handles personal information in line with the Privacy Policy. We use the details you submit to run the partner account, perform publication checks, show published offers to members, and contact you about the listing.

Commission

KRC does not charge KRC Partners any commission, percentage or share of sales.

Some other links on Kiwi Rewards Club are affiliate links to third-party sellers. Any commission or compensation KRC receives from those third parties does not come from you and does not increase the price the member pays unless we clearly say otherwise.
